Job summary

A staffing and outsourcing company in the UAE is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage all aspects of the recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including JD creation, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and experience in Oil & Gas is preferred. Excellent communication skills are essential, and immediate availability is a plus. This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment within the HR sector.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably in Oil & Gas.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, channels, and databases.
  • Immediate availability for joining preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end recruitment: JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers & onboarding
  • Source candidates through headhunting, market mapping, Boolean search & social media
  • Screen and assess CVs for relevance, skills, and experience
  • Conduct interviews using structured selection methods
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview scheduling
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports
Desired Profile:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or Engineering
  • 5+ years' experience in CV sourcing, talent acquisition, and headhunting
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, channels, and databases
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Candidates available in the UAE & ready to join immediately are highly preferred
