Job summary
A luxury design firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Designer to lead design concepts for residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture and at least 5 years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, while familiarity with 3ds Max is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail are essential for translating client lifestyles into refined interiors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in residential design, preferably with luxury brands.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience with 3D software such as 3ds Max is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead design concepts and oversee the full design process for luxury projects.
- Supervise junior designers and guide creative direction.
- Produce detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD.

- Supervise junior designers, guiding creative direction, technical detailing, and design standards.
- Review design orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with client approvals.
- Produce detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD (required).
- Create and support 3D visualizations; 3ds Max is an advantage.
- Develop mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project delivery and design accuracy.
- Stay updated on international trends, materials, and finishes in luxury design.
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their lifestyle and translating it into personalized, refined interiors.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Experience with 3ds Max or other 3D software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (required)
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a strong eye for composition and materials.
- Experience working with luxury brands and premium finishes is highly preferred.
