The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity available to join one of the worlds leading global recruitment businesses, as they continue to support their extensive Energy, Oil & Gas Division within the Abu Dhabi Regional Office, working with clients and candidates throughout the Middle East.

The successful applicant will be tasked with contributing to the growth and development of my clients Oil & Gas Recruitment Division working across the whole Middle East region.

The Ideal Candidate

The Senior Recruitment Consultant Oil & Gas will be a highly skilled 360-degree recruiter, with a proven background delivering contingent or contract recruitment placements.

Business development is a key requirement for this role. You will be adept at identifying new client development opportunities, seeking to establish and build relationships to expand the current client base.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant Oil & Gas will take responsibility for both candidates and clients, concentrating on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management, building strong relationships with our local, regional & multinational client base to generate repeat business.

You will be tasked with attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, for yourself and the wider oil & Gas Recruitment team, plus you will be working closely with our other international offices to ensure service delivery and management on our key client accounts.
