The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in HR and payroll, and a strong grasp of visa regulations across the MENA region and Europe. This role offers a salary ranging from AED 9,000 to 11,000 monthly based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR and payroll experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
• Proven experience handling payroll for 100 expatriate staff across different countries.
• Strong knowledge of visa regulations and labor laws in the MENA region and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for expatriate employees ensuring accuracy.
• Administer visa processing, residency permits and work authorizations.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts and databases.
