Job description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for maintaining employees’ personal information, developing GRP resource planning systems, and creating job titles for RTA employees. Updating the organizational structure of RTA in accordance with administrative decisions and participating in managing the resettlement and replacement files.

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Manage all issues related to the GRP human resources system, coordinating with Digital Dubai to find appropriate solutions.
  2. Update and prepare files containing employee personal data, transfers, promotions, resignations, etc.
  3. Ensure all requests from departments meet the agreed service levels.
  4. Assign and control access in the GRP system from an HR perspective across RTA.
  5. Coordinate with the IT Department to resolve system issues related to GRP.
  6. Collaborate with the Finance Department to create Cost Centres and generate reports related to employees, ensuring data accuracy.
  7. Participate in formalizing processes, procedures, and requirements for manpower planning and budgeting.
  8. Develop and analyze human resources data management systems.
  9. Create Job Positions and assign Unique positions in the GRP system for all employees.
  10. Coordinate with Digital Dubai for creating job titles for new and transferred employees.
  11. Contribute to managing the Emiratization program by preparing, implementing, and analyzing relevant plans and indicators.
  12. Update employee Job Family & Sub Family groups in the GRP system.
  13. Update the organizational structure based on RTA administrative orders and circulars.
  14. Analyze and measure employee turnover rates.
  15. Ensure section clearance in the GRP system.
  16. Provide employee data and statistics to other government entities as needed.
