Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound client inquiries and provide expert consultation on visa options including tourist, student, and immigration visas.
  • Identify and generate new leads, follow up with prospects, and effectively close sales.
  • Offer tailored visa advice based on each client’s profile and individual needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, visa regulations, and procedural changes.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and transactions using internal systems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in visa consultancy sales.
  • Comprehensive understanding of both UAE and international visa procedures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu or Nepali is a plus.
