Job summary

A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Executive to develop and execute communication strategies that inspire and inform employees. The role includes creating engaging materials for internal communication, managing the intranet, and coordinating events to enhance workplace culture. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Communications and experience in Internal Communication. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus. This role is full-time and onsite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Internal Communication.
  • Experience in CSR would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Create and distribute newsletters and internal announcements.
  • Manage company intranet and ensure it is engaging and informative.
  • Partner with HR on employee engagement programs.
  • Coordinate messaging across the organization.
  • Plan companywide events like town halls.
  • Monitor and analyse employee feedback on communication.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Executive to join our team. As the Internal Communication Executive you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that inform engage and inspire our employees. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and help to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Internal Communication
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with the companys values objectives and goals.
  • Create and distribute regular communication materials such as newsletters memos and internal announcements to inform employees about company news events and initiatives.
  • Manage the companys intranet site ensuring that it is uptodate engaging and informative for employees.
  • Partner with HR to develop and implement effective employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate with senior leaders and other departments to ensure messaging is consistent across the organization.
  • Plan and execute companywide events including town halls corporate meetings and employee engagement activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication channels and make recommendations to enhance the employee experience.
  • Monitor and analyse feedback from employees to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts and make improvements as necessary.
  • Train and support employees in effective communication practices and provide guidance on how to communicate in alignment with the companys messaging and values.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Communications Public Relations or a related field.
