Specialist Neurologist

Position: Specialist Neurologist

Location: Sharjah UAE

Salary: AED 40000 AED 50000 (plus other benefits)

Licensing Requirement: Valid DHA / DOH / MOH License or Eligibility/Evaluation

• Diagnose and treat neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, headaches and neuromuscular diseases.
• Perform detailed neurological examinations and interpret diagnostic tests such as EEG, EMG, MRI and CT scans.
• Provide patient‑centered care ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment plans and long‑term management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurosurgeons, radiologists, rehabilitation specialists and other healthcare providers.
• Handle emergency cases in ER and inpatient settings, including acute stroke management.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records in compliance with hospital policies and UAE healthcare regulations.
• Contribute to continuous medical education, clinical audits and hospital accreditation processes.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents and medical staff when required.

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Neurology.
• Completed Residency / Fellowship in Neurology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 5 years of post‑specialization experience as a Neurologist.
• Valid DHA / DOH / MOH License or eligibility/evaluation.
• Strong clinical skills in both inpatient and outpatient neurological care.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work in a team‑based multicultural hospital environment.
