Role Overview

As a Mobility Specialist you will support global immigration and mobility operations by managing case processing, communicating with clients, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of immigration‑related documentation. You’ll gain exposure to a range of mobility processes guided by structured workflows while developing strong fundamentals in client support and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned mobility cases from intake to submission following established processes.
• Prepare and submit immigration or work authorization applications, renewals and related filings.
• Maintain client communications with support from senior team members.
• Monitor timelines and ensure accurate documentation handling.
• Participate in internal training and knowledge‑building initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback with the team.
• Report to a Senior Mobility Specialist or Team Lead.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in immigration, global mobility or a similar field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
• Willingness to learn new immigration frameworks and tools.
