Job Summary

Gulf Workforce is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years experience specializing in bluecollar recruitment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing screening and hiring for a variety of bluecollar roles across multiple industries. As a recruiter at Gulf Workforce youll manage the recruitment process endtoend build strong talent pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for bluecollar positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
• Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job boards social media networks and referrals to attract qualified bluecollar candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to clearly understand job requirements expectations and hiring needs.
• Screen resumes and applications conduct initial interviews and assess candidates skills and suitability for various roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients efficiently.
• Maintain an organized uptodate database of candidate profiles and recruitment progress.
• Assist candidates through onboarding documentation and other preemployment requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines while ensuring the placement of highquality candidates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bluecollar recruitment preferably in the Gulf region.
• Strong understanding of bluecollar workforce needs and the specific requirements of these roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools as well as proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and hiring targets.
