Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support Assist in posting jobs screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding Coordinate new hire paperwork orientation and exit procedures.
3. Employee Records Management
4. Payroll and Attendance Assistance Support time tracking leave records and payroll inputs.
5. Policy Administration Inform employees about HR polices and procedures.
6. Employee Support Basic queries documents and day today HR tasks.
7. HR Reporting Preparing reports related to headcount turnover leave etc.
8. Compliance Report Helps maintain adherence to labor laws and internal procedures.

Requirements

Graduate or MBA HR with 3 to 5 years experience.
