Shaerp Next is growing! We’re looking for a experienced IT / Tech Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. This is an onsite role focused purely on sourcing and qualifying top-tier tech talent — no sales or business development required. We already have the clients, now we need your expertise to find the best people.

What You'll Focus On:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates across Europe
• Specializing in roles like ERP Consultants, Data Engineers, Software Developers, and other niche tech profiles
• Using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and your network to build a strong pipeline
• Screening and assessing technical talent quickly and effectively
• Collaborating with our delivery team to meet weekly hiring goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience recruiting in the EU tech market
• Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP, Mendix, ServiceNow), data, and development roles
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Independent, proactive, and result-driven
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
