  • Designing and developing personal interview questions that reflect the requirements of each job to ensure the selection of the best talents.
  • Facilitating internal nomination and promotion processes to ensure that vacancies are filled with qualified talents and to support the career development of employees.
  • Ensuring full compliance with corporate policies, procedures and best practices in recruitment processes.
  • Performing any additional tasks directed by the direct manager to support recruitment objectives.
