Responsible for overseeing the end-to‑end recruitment lifecycle ensuring the organization attracts, engages and retains top‑tier talent. This role plays a strategic part in driving talent acquisition initiatives and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Candidate Sourcing
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies and networking events to identify and attract high‑quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Screening & Interviewing
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements.
  • Conduct initial screenings (phone/video) to evaluate qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and role specifications.
  • Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and competency profiles.
Recruitment Process Management
  • Manage candidates throughout the hiring process from initial contact to final offer ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Administer technical assessments or psychometric tests where applicable.
  • Evaluate and present shortlisted candidates with clear recommendations based on assessments and interviews.
Offer Management & Negotiation
  • Prepare and extend employment offers including salary and benefits negotiations.
  • Communicate hiring decisions and provide constructive feedback to all candidates in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; equivalent work experience also considered.
  • Minimum of 35 years experience as a full‑cycle 360 recruiter preferably within a multinational or fast‑paced organization.
  • UAE hiring experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools. Experience with Zoho Recruit is valued.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of modern interview techniques, candidate evaluation and selection methods.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws is an advantage or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
