Job summary

A relocation services company in Dubai seeks an HR professional to support recruitment, manage employee records, handle payroll, and improve HR compliance. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have 2-3 years of UAE HR experience with knowledge of UAE Labour Law. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assisting with job postings on various platforms, screening resumes, coordinating communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting initial orientation sessions, and preparing new hire
  • Employee Record Management: Compiling, updating, and maintaining accurate digital and physical employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, and leave documentation.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, leaves), helping employees with benefits enrolment and questions, and serving as a liaison with external benefit vendors.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings and events, managing the departmental email account, processing documentation, and preparing reports.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations, assisting with grievance procedures, and ensuring HR activities comply with relevant labour laws and company policies.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Coordinating and supporting various HR projects, such as training sessions, company events, performance management procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
