Job Description
The Marketing and Communications Department at CUD is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Student Recruitment Officer.
The Student Recruitment Officer will work closely with the recruitment manager in meeting the institutional recruitment objective towards achieving the targeted number of FT students. They will contribute to the recruitment of increased numbers of quality full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students in supporting the academic reputation and financial growth of the university. In this role, you will provide Canadian standards of customer service and application of CUD's mission and vision to student prospects.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:
- Visit schools to promote, educate, recruit, gather leads, and represent Canadian University Dubai and Canadian values in a professional manner.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their family members.
- Conduct presentations and tours for large groups visiting CUD.
- Build relationships with career counsellors and head teachers of schools.
- Visit career counsellors to deliver new marketing material, maintain relationships, and meet newly hired employees.
- Follow up with leads and provide any additional information as needed.
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
- Organize and attend Open House and other various recruitment events.
- Provide detailed recruitment reports to team members.
- Great understanding of Canadian values, education system, and transfer opportunities.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A related university undergraduate degree or a two to three-year certificate/diploma.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience, with prior experience in an educational institution in a related role.
