Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all human resources functions for our clients, in line with the company's vision, mission, and competencies. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's business goals, overseeing the entire recruitment process, designing and delivering training and development programs, establishing and managing a performance management system, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations, acting as a point of contact for staff-related issues, administering compensation and benefits programs, formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures, tracking and reporting on HR metrics, and organizing and leading employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and competencies.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making hiring decisions, reflecting the company's values and culture.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training and development programs that meet the needs of the organization and develop the skills and competencies needed to achieve the company's goals.
  • Performance Management: Establish and manage a performance management system that drives high performance and employee development, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations, mitigating risks to the company.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staff-related issues, addressing grievances in a timely and fair manner.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company's values.
  • Payroll: Manage the complete payroll cycle, from onboarding employees to processing payroll deductions and payments.
  • Policies and Procedures: Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures that are fair, comply with UAE labour laws, and support the company's culture and values.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and lead engagement activities to boost morale and retention, creating a positive work environment.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
