Job Title: Automotive Sales Manager
Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
II. Core Responsibilities
- Sales Plan Development: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the company’s sales and revenue targets. Set individual and team sales indicators, compile regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the company, and track their execution to ensure completion.
- Automotive Sales: Be responsible for the automotive sales business in the UAE region. Build and manage the automotive sales team, lead the team to identify the needs of individual and corporate clients. Focus on Chinese automotive brands mainly under SAIC Group, including commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles. Secure transactions through offline development, client visits, and other methods to meet sales performance targets.
- Automotive Leasing: Be responsible for the automotive leasing business in the UAE region, focusing on commercial vehicle models under SAIC Group. Explore and expand B2B clients among Chinese central and state-owned enterprises (SOEs) operating in the UAE and neighboring countries. Coordinate the entire process of B2B automotive leasing business, including client reception, order processing, vehicle dispatching, and after-sales services, to meet the set leasing performance targets.
- Market Research: Continuously track local automotive market trends, focus on analyzing sales data of various brands. Research the operation models of local core dealers, large automotive markets, and independent 4S stores. Sort out competitors' pricing, services, and marketing strategies, and submit monthly research reports.
- Policy Collation: Systematically collate the operation policies of the UAE automotive industry to provide decision-making basis for the company’s localized operations and ensure compliance in business operations. Liaise with local government departments, industry associations, and core dealers to establish resource connection channels and provide policy and resource support for business expansion.
- Client Development and Maintenance: Focus on maintaining relationships with major corporate clients, high-end individual clients, and channel partners. Lead commercial negotiations and cooperation signings with key clients. Explore potential market opportunities (such as government and enterprise procurement, bulk tourism leasing cooperation) and develop targeted expansion plans to expand market share.
- Team Management: Establish and manage the sales team, coordinate end-to-end sales management from client development to transaction completion. Ensure the sales team complies with company policies, processes, and ethical standards, and achieves sales business targets.
III. Basic Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above from top-tier Chinese universities (985/211 Project), no major restriction (preferred majors include languages, management, business, law).
- Experience Requirement: More than 5 years of overseas automotive sales experience, familiar with automotive sales models.
- Language Proficiency: Hold a BEC Vantage or higher certificate, fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Basic Arabic skills are required; proficient Arabic is a plus.
- Office Skills: Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook), Photo Shop, and other office tools. Possess skills in official document writing and meeting minutes preparation.
- Valid driver's license.
IV. Preferred Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in the automotive sales industry and have served as a manager in the overseas automotive sales industry.
- Familiar with the business environment and policies/regulations in Dubai and the Middle East (such as business registration, taxation, labor laws), with experience in liaison with local governments and enterprises.
- Possess practical cross-cultural communication experience and have led or deeply participated in overseas automotive brand collaborations.
- Familiar with the automotive industry, with priority given to those familiar with SAIC Group's products.
V. Other Requirements
- Strong execution, attention to detail, and stress resistance, able to handle multi-tasking efficiently.
- Good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, strictly abide by the company’s regulations on trade secrets.
- Excellent communication skills, able to develop, establish, and maintain client relationships.
- Willing to work in Dubai long-term and stably.
VI. Salary and Benefits
- Company-provided accommodation during employment.
- Probation period: 3 months, with a monthly salary of 6,000 AED plus a 4,500 RMB monthly subsidy.
- After probation: Monthly salary of 7,500 AED plus a 4,500 RMB monthly subsidy.
- Working hours: In line with local Dubai holidays; overtime work is eligible for additional subsidies.
