We are currently recruiting a well‑qualified and experienced HR officer to join our reputed British curriculum School in Dubai. The HR Officer role offers exciting opportunities for young and qualified candidates to join the HR team. The position formulates supporting functions relating to recruitment, payroll, onboarding, benefits & compensation, performance management, employee relations, offboarding process etc.
Responsible for entire recruiting cycle, including candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks, hiring and onboarding.
Inducting staff members to adhere to school policies/procedures and ensures compliance.
Works closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Builds and maintains relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization. Addresses confidential employee relations issues.
Create and update employee records and personnel files and manage accurate data in HRIS.
Coordinate with PRO / KHDA Coordinator to review new hire paperwork; KHDA approvals, work permit/visa & timely renewals.
Handle employee grievances.
Responsible for monthly payroll process, coordinating with payroll team.
Performance appraisals.
Administers employee benefits & engagement programs and staff well‑being.
Assist in Teacher Licensing process.
Performs additional duties as needed.
Act as primary point of contact for employees.
