A contracting firm in UAE is looking for a skilled Recruitment Manager to oversee the entire recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing job postings, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
