Job description

TheHuman Resource Managerwill lead and direct the routine functions of theHuman Resources(HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.

Duties (Authority)
  • Hiring & firing decisions and dictate policies on acquiring new talent, creating benefits packages, and procedures.
  • Create and implement policy manuals that are consistently applied across all departments.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management
Duties :
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of staff, including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for the assigned department.
  • Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
  • Manage budget and expenditures.
  • Implement and coordinate policies and programs covering several of the following areas : recruiting, compensation and on-boarding, training, and employee / labor relations.
  • Provide HR consulting expertise to management and employees.
  • Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of issues and resolves them through a systematic and analytical approach.
  • Assure compliance with all applicable laws and corporate policies / guidelines and identify opportunities to develop and implement new and improved practices / guidelines to achieve business goals.
  • Assist in establishing policies and procedures including disciplinary policies and monitor their application to ensure fairness consistency.
  • Advise, review and approve any disciplinary and discharge issues and concerns.
  • Provide guidance to managers with regard to salary administration, recruitment, selection, etc.
  • Resolve internal employee complaints.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining good industrial relationships and welfare activities in the company.
  • To monitor the departmental objectives / performance and achieving the same.
  • To provide input data for the Management review and is a member of the Management review meeting.
Duties (Accountability)
  • In addition, security and safety of factory and up-keep of cleanliness of plant and management of the canteen.
  • To ensure all Legal / Statutory / regulatory requirements such as Factory Act, labor laws, etc., are complied.
  • To maintain accident and incident monitoring records.
