  4. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  5. Provide feedback and recommendations to clients based on candidate evaluations.
  6. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes in the applicant tracking system.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to foster a positive candidate experience.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
  9. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  10. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve recruitment processes.
