3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
5. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
6. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
7. Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and analytics.
8. Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
• Candidates currently in Dubai or willing to relocate are preferred.
