About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Paramedic (National Talent) to join the team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provide rapid intervention and administer life support and first-aid treatment to Jumeirah guests and colleagues in emergency situations.
• Evaluate patient conditions, determine severity, perform preliminary diagnosis, and initiate appropriate medical procedures.
• Reassure patients and communicate clearly about the treatment plan.
• Advise guests on alternative methods for obtaining medicine not available in the clinic.
• Administer drugs via injection, intravenous procedures, or oral administration as directed by protocols or physicians.
• Communicate relevant patient information accurately when referring patients for definitive care.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience as Paramedic in a luxury environment.
  
• National Diploma / Country Specific Diploma or Certification
  
• Knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and medications
  
• Active Listening and clear and concise speaking skills.
