As we enter our next phase of growth in the Middle East, we’re seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales to inspire, lead, and grow a high-performing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to shape our future success with financial institutions across the region.

As a RVP of Sales, you don't just lead a region; you own it like your own business. Your Mission

We're looking for a leader who starts with the "why" and is ready to drive predictable, high-quality growth in the Middle East. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on engagement, ensuring quality outcomes for our customers, your team, and the company. This role is about collaborating as one team across all functions to deliver seamless, customer-centric sales plays.

  • Take full ownership of the region’s performance, driving the journey from pipeline generation to revenue realization.
  • Champion the Backbase sales operating model to ensure we focus on well-qualified, high-value opportunities.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a world-class sales team, embedding a culture of urgency, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Partner Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure the customer journey is seamless.
  • Establish yourself as a recognized expert and thought leader in the region, actively participating in industry events and forums.
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with C-level stakeholders, positioning Backbase as a strategic partner.

  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
