What will I be doing?

As a Pearl Club Agent, you will serve Pearl Club Executive Lounge guests throughout their stay by responding efficiently to their enquiries and offering food & beverage services. Your role contributes to the first impressions of our guests and involves the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Welcome executive guests on arrival and assist them during their stay, efficiently handling enquiries and complaints
• Process check-ins and check-outs accurately
• Ensure all guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished as per standards
• Provide excellent Food & Beverage services in the Pearl Club Executive Lounge
• Stay current with hotel services, VIP requests, and special events
• Demonstrate knowledge of external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the vicinity
• Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
• Follow instructions from the Pearl Club Lounge Supervisor or Manager
• Serve in an environmentally conscious manner

Our Pearl Club Agents work on behalf of our guests and collaborate with team members. To succeed in this role, you should embody the following attitudes, behaviors, skills, and values:

• Previous front office experience in an ultra-luxury hotel or hospitality industry
• Familiarity with luxury food & beverage service sequences
• Calm, efficient, and organized
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service

It would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities:

• Experience in an executive lounge within a hotel environment
• Multilingual abilities
