HR Executive & Office Administrator responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes. Handling HR operations and payroll activities, and should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation. Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports/personnel records by recording new hires, terminations, tracking leaves, sick and personal time. Review and approve supply requisitions, and assign and monitor clerical functions. Candidates should be capable of handling the jobs independently, be flexible, and have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant UAE experience. Female applicants and Arabic speakers are a must.
