About the Role

We are looking for a presentable, organized, and proactive Admin & Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support daily administrative activities. Success in this role means delivering excellent client service, maintaining smooth office operations, and ensuring a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations and professionally welcome clients, visitors, and tenants
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and meeting room bookings
  • Maintain and update client records, contracts, and internal databases
  • Support day-to-day office administration and documentation
  • Assist with invoicing follow-ups, data entry, and basic administrative reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams, PROs, vendors, and service providers when required
  • Ensure reception, meeting rooms, and common areas are always clean, organized, and presentable
  • Monitor office supplies and support basic procurement needs
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Admin or Receptionist in the UAE (Business Center experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office systems
