Office Assistant – El-Ain

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent immigrant who is looking to gain experience in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, answer phone calls and provide information as needed
• Maintain filing system, photocopy documents and keep records
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with other staff members
• Take messages and forward them to the appropriate personnel
• Perform data entry tasks and update databases when needed
• Prepare correspondence and reports as requested
• Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM) accurately
• Excellent organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team environment

Salary: 1800 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant. No prior experience necessary.
