Job summary
A hospitality organization in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage and control stock levels for its hotel operations. The ideal candidate will monitor and record inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure proper storage of items. This role requires previous experience in inventory management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates residing in the UAE are preferred. - Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or Storekeeper, preferably in a hotel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of inventory software is an advantage.

- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and verify delivered items against purchase orders.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock items.

- Monitor and record daily inventory levels for all hotel departmentshousekeeping, kitchen, F&B, amenities, etc.).
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and verify delivered items against purchase orders.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock items.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems/software.
- Assist with preparing purchase requests when stock levels are low.
- Coordinate with suppliers, storekeepers, and department heads regarding stock needs.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety rules, and hygiene guidelines.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or Storekeeper, preferably in a hotel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of inventory software is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if required.
