  • Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks and assist in coordination of projects when required.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Assist in travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff members.
Qualifications
