Summary

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Office Boy / Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations within our dynamic office environment for one of our prestigious client in Al Ain, UAE. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked workplace, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functioning across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of general duties including photocopying, managing office supplies, preparing and serving beverages such as tea, coffee, Karak tea, and Arabic Qahwa, and providing timely support to staff. Your attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently will contribute significantly to workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction. This is a hands‑on role that plays a critical behind‑the‑scenes part in fostering a professional and comfortable office atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks as requested by staff.
  • Maintain and replenish office supplies (e.g., paper, pens, staplers, sticky notes) to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Prepare and serve hot beverages including tea, coffee, Karak tea, and Arabic Qahwa with consistency and quality.
  • Ensure the tea/coffee station is clean, well‑stocked, and hygienic at all times.
  • Assist with light cleaning duties in shared office areas, including restrooms, kitchenettes, and common spaces.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
  • Support administrative staff with minor errands, document handling, and general office support as needed.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages immediately to the relevant supervisor.Maintain a professional, courteous, and service‑oriented demeanor at all times.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role.
  • Proven ability to prepare and serve tea, coffee, Karak tea, and Arabic Qahwa to high standards.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment including photocopiers, printers, and scanners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple small tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and professional workspace.
  • Basic literacy in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is preferred.
