Job summary
A leading construction firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to oversee painting works on various projects. The role involves supervising site activities, ensuring quality standards, and managing teams of painters. Candidates must have at least 5 years of UAE experience and a valid UAE Driving License. The position includes a salary range of AED 4,000 to AED 8,000, depending on experience, along with transport and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.

- Supervise and manage painting works for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Coordinate daily activities of painters and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure surface preparation, painting application, and finishing meet project specifications.
Skills

- Supervise and manage painting works for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Coordinate daily activities of painters and subcontractors on site
- Ensure surface preparation, painting application, and finishing meet project specifications
- Monitor work quality, safety, and productivity on site
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades
- Plan manpower, materials, and tools to meet project timelines
- Prepare daily progress reports and handle site inspections
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Painting Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of painting materials, methods, and finishes
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Salary: AED 4,000 – 8,000 (depending on experience)
- Company transport provided
