REAPHR is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist for a well-established and compassionate clinic in Dubai dedicated to offering high-quality medical services for pets. They are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join their team as the first point of contact for clients, both humans and animals.

We are seeking a presentable, empathetic, and proactive receptionist who is passionate about animal care and excels in handling both people and pets. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience as a veterinary receptionist or veterinary nurse.

• Greeting and welcoming pet owners and their animals
• Registering new pets and owners accurately in the clinic software
• Managing appointment bookings via calls, WhatsApp, chat, and social media
• Conducting appointment reminders and follow-ups
• Educating clients about clinic services, veterinary procedures, and pet care facilities
• Coordinating with vets and support staff for daily operations and emergencies
• Handling cash, POS transactions, electronic, and online payments
• Preparing invoices, bills, and official documents under veterinary guidance
• Supporting the team during surgeries, treatments, or urgent situations
• Taking on additional responsibilities as they arise in daily operations

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a veterinary clinic (Receptionist or Veterinary Nurse)
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using veterinary or medical software systems

• Salary: AED 3500 - AED 5000, AIR TICKET, MI, VISA, OT, PAID allowances
