Position Description

The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the executive's calendar, handling travel arrangements and logistics, and maintaining both digital and paper-based filing systems. This role involves preparing various documents, processing invoices and expenses, and operating standard office equipment. The Executive Assistant ensures adherence to company policies, maintains confidentiality, and supports a collaborative team environment. The role also includes guest interaction responsibilities requiring professionalism and a service-oriented demeanor.

Policies & Procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company and employee information.

  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents for accuracy and clarity.

  • Process invoices and billing using Oracle AP and Concur.
