We're recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients, who is a leading pharmaceutical organization based in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai, recognized for its commitment to high-quality healthcare solutions. With a strong presence in the UAE market, the company focuses on delivering reliable pharmaceutical products, advanced formulations, and consistent patient-centered innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize and prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports with accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the Head of Franchise
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to support alignment across teams
  • Draft emails and other communications on behalf of the Head
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and documents with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain databases, records, and shared files in an organized and up-to-date manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership (Directors, Heads of Department, or C-suite)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or within a consulting firm is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
