The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team while ensuring exceptional customer service. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is preferred along with experience in the food and beverage industry. This is a full-time, on-site role that promises a dynamic work environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations, located in Dubai. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, leading and mentoring a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves analyzing and improving operational processes, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of quality and service in all aspects of the coffee house.
