Senior Software Engineer - Onchain Market Maker / Blockchain / C# with Solana Blockchain experience.

They are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is highly skilled in mathematics, has a good knowledge of DeFi on-chain accounting, and a deep understanding of quantitative principles.

1. Blockchain Architecture: Lead the design of a blockchain-based system that involves collateral-based minting, pricing oracles, and liquidations. We're even considering launching our own oracle solution.
2. Integration Prototyping: Take a hands-on approach to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge trading prototype.

1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in C# development, complemented by at least 5 years of expertise in software engineering within hedge funds or investment banking is preferred.
2. Quantitative Skills: A strong foundation in quantitative engineering and trading, coupled with advanced mathematics proficiency.
3. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience at a highly senior level (Director/Head/VP/CTO) within previous roles or divisions.
4. Start-up Mindset: A track record of contributing to startup or scale-up environments within modern tech companies.
5. Solidity Expertise: Deep familiarity with Solidity and its nuances, showcasing your smart contract eengineering skills with production-ready examples.
6. Web3 / Blockchain Knowledge: Proficiency in web3 technologies, Ethereum & Solana Blockchains...including oracles, GraphQL, and other infrastructure tools.
7. Product Understanding: An understanding of web, mobile, API-based, and blockchain products to contribute to our holistic development approach.
8. Passion: A strong desire to make a significant impact by contributing to the development of a top-tier DeFi protocol.
