Job Description

As a Service Engineer - Electrical, you will be at the forefront of delivering technical solutions, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of electrical systems. Positioned in a dynamic role, you are expected to leverage your technical expertise to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues, maintaining equipment reliability and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify electrical issues in systems and equipment.
• Implement appropriate solutions and repairs to maintain system functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer technical support.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations in all activities.
• Keep comprehensive records of all service activities, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Specify and order necessary spare parts and tools required for repairs.
• Provide technical training and guidance to client personnel and junior engineers.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades and recommend improvements to clients.
• Work collaboratively with other engineers to develop innovative service solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in electrical engineering and technology.
• Participate in workshops and training programs to enhance technical skills.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required.
• Minimum three years of experience in field service engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
