Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing a wide range of smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets
2. Replace or repair faulty components (screens, batteries, motherboards, etc.)
3. Perform software updates, flashing, and unlocking services
4. Maintain proper records of repairs and inventory of spare parts
5. Provide excellent customer service and technical support when required
6. Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner
