  • Monitor export regulations and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant for international shipments.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote HVAC products effectively.
  • Provide post-sales support to clients, addressing any issues and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently while providing regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with a strong focus on HVAC systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales within the HVAC industry, demonstrating a track record of successful sales growth.
  • International sales experience is preferred, with an understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in different regions.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic a plus for better client engagement.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and systems is necessary to effectively communicate with clients and provide solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork across different departments and regions.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, capable of influencing key decision-makers in the sales process.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
