Role Overview

The CBDO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for designing and executing growth strategies, expanding the company’s global presence, and leading high-performing sales and business development teams. This role requires a strong understanding of the forex and CFD industry, especially within the MENA and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the overall business development and expansion strategy

Identify and secure strategic partnerships, IB networks, and institutional clients

Lead global sales and business development teams toward revenue goals

Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth strategies

Represent the company at international expos, roadshows, and industry events

Provide leadership and mentorship to regional business development managers

Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior business development role within the forex/CFD industry

Strong leadership and communication skills

Extensive network within the MENA region and globally

Strategic thinker with a performance-driven mindset

Ability to manage multi-regional teams and work cross-functionally
