About the Role

As the Head of Business Development in our Dubai office, you will be the driving force behind identifying high-value opportunities, building strategic alliances, and expanding Morgan’s market presence. You will play a critical role in positioning Morgan’s as the partner of choice for investors, developers, and corporate clients across the region and beyond.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Growth Leadership : Develop and execute a business development roadmap aligned with Morgan’s long-term vision.
  • Partnership Development : Identify, secure, and nurture relationships with developers, UHNW clients, institutions, and international partners.
  • Brand Expansion : Elevate the Morgan’s brand across new verticals and markets by leading innovative collaborations and joint ventures.
  • Opportunity Sourcing : Constantly explore new revenue channels, off-market deals, and high-profile listings that drive company prestige and performance.
  • Collaboration & Influence : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to align business development goals with company-wide strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Industry Expertise : 3+ years of business development experience in Dubai’s real estate sector, with a proven ability to unlock high-value opportunities.
