Job Description

Talabat is looking for a Coordinator – Communications to support day-to-day internal and external communication activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging across teams while supporting coordination, documentation, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of internal and external communication initiatives across teams

  • Coordinate communication materials, announcements, and updates to ensure clarity and consistency

  • Act as a point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow

  • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting emails, presentations, and reports

  • Track communication timelines, follow up on action items, and maintain documentation

  • Support meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups

  • Maintain organized records, trackers, and communication logs

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, communications, or administrative role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
