We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & CRM Manager to lead our digital engagement strategies. This hybrid role combines content creation and community management with customer relationship oversight, helping us build a strong online presence while nurturing customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, CRM Coordinator, or a similar digital role
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong content creation and communication skills
Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
