AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Communications Coordinator - UAE National. The successful candidate must be fluent in English.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Regional Teams: Work closely with internal communications and regional business partners on activities such as events, articles, film shoots, and social media.
2. Create Compelling Content: Support regional and internal communications teams by crafting engaging content and marketing assets aligned with our brand strategy and business goals.
3. Ensure Global Alignment: Align all marketing communications with global plans, ensuring campaigns are targeted to local markets and audiences.
4. Innovate Marketing Approaches: Support planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns, collateral, and events.
5. Organize Events: Coordinate conferences, speaking engagements, tradeshows, podcasts, and related materials to enhance brand presence.
6. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with technical teams and business units to identify content needs and advise on publication and distribution channels.
7. Engage Globally: Contribute to regional and global projects as part of a global communications and marketing team.
8. Drive Global Strategies: Input into global strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate narratives and objectives.
9. Maximize Content Reach: Develop and share content through various channels to reach targeted audiences effectively.
10. Measure Success: Record, evaluate, and celebrate achievements, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• UAE National with family book is required.
• Available to join immediately.
• Post-secondary degree in marketing, business, or communications, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in a related marketing role.
• Professional qualification in marketing preferred.
• Experience in professional services, design, engineering, or construction industries is preferred.
• Strategic thinking with an understanding of broader business objectives.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within teams across geographies.
• Creative, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, detail-oriented.
• Driven to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines, maximizing ROI.
