The ideal candidate will have experience working for a real estate developer or within the real estate industry, with expertise in video production, website operations, brand promotion, media operations, creative design, and event organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry analysis in the local and overseas real estate sectors, including market and regional research, competitor analysis, and providing regular market research reports.
- Oversee external brand communication and ensure the brand's core values align with the company's branding strategy.
- Manage the marketing team, providing training and guidance related to market strategies to team members and relevant departments.
- Have experience managing marketing for large-scale primary land development projects or integrated primary and secondary real estate projects.
