Hiring School Operations Coordinator Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Job Type Fulltime Onsite Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detailoriented School Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient daytoday functioning of the school by overseeing administrative tasks managing facilities coordinating school events and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards Key Responsibilities Oversee daily school administrative operations and support services Manage school facilities and ensure a safe clean and functional environment Coordinate and execute school events programs and activities in collaboration with academic and administrative teams Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements Act as a liaison between the school and parents staff vendors and external partners Maintain effective communication channels across departments and stakeholders Assist in procurement store management and resource allocation Support the leadership team in special projects and operational planning Qualifications Skills Bachelors degree Proven experience in school operations or a similar administrative role Strong organizational and administrative skills Handson experience in facilities management and event coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations within an educational environment Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Strong problemsolving skills and keen attention to detail Please Note Only candidates with prior experience working in a UAE school environment will be considered
