Take over a key role as an Operations Coordinator in the Business Development department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. What we expect from you : Oversee day-to-day crew operations within your assigned zone to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery Supervise attendance, assignment, and real-time activity of field crew members Create daily rosters and schedule bookings across crew calendars, avoiding conflicts or understaffing Troubleshoot operational issues such as last-minute cancellations, vehicle breakdowns, or supply shortages Coordinate building or community access permits to ensure seamless crew entry to customer sites Develop and maintain clear training materials and conduct onboarding for new crew members Monitor crew performance, conduct quality checks, and deliver timely feedback for improvement Track and replenish equipment and supply inventory, ensuring all crews are properly equipped Report on daily operational metrics including completion rate, cancellation rate, and crew utilization Enforce adherence to safety standards, company protocols, and regulatory guidelines Maintain accurate operational logs and reports for use in performance reviews and leadership updates Promote a positive and motivating work culture by coaching field teams and reinforcing customer-first behaviors What we are looking for : 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, field team coordination, or service delivery Strong understanding of scheduling, team supervision, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments Experience with basic operational tools (e.g., Excel, scheduling apps, CRM or field management tools) Willingness to work 6 days a week and be available to handle urgent operational matters Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across field teams and support departments Ability to work independently, prioritize under pressure, and take ownership of zone performance A hustler’s mindset with a “hands-on” and “can-do” attitude Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus A degree is not mandatory—energy, curiosity, and execution matter more than a diploma PERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFE Nothing would replace the start-up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace !
