Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage our supply chain operations ensuring efficient procurement, distribution, and logistics while maintaining effective communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Coordinate logistics activities: procurement, inventory management, distribution, and transportation.
- Ensure timely delivery of products from suppliers to clients.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain supply chain efficiency.
- Track shipments using SAP Logistics and resolve any issues.
Customer Care & Communication
- Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding their orders and service needs.
- Communicate delivery timelines and address potential issues transparently.
- Resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with sales, production, and finance departments for smooth operations.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize order fulfillment.
Data Analysis & Process Improvement
- Analyze logistics data to identify improvement areas.
- Implement solutions for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement schedules using SAP Logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
Event Coordination & Support
- Assist in logistics for trade shows and events, ensuring all logistics aspects are managed efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Expertise
- Proven experience in logistics coordination and customer service.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Logistics, CRM, and ERP systems.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in the luxury or fragrance sector.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in SAP Logistics is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of logistics management and inventory control.
- Proficient in SAP Logistics or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with luxury industry standards is an advantage.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in the luxury goods or fragrance industry.
- Knowledge of event coordination for trade shows or corporate events.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
