We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified Marketing Manager who is responsible for the development and effective implementation of marketing
and promotional strategies for the positioning of the company as highly desirable to its identified target markets and within
the parameters.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• To design and implement appropriate marketing strategies in order to ensure the effective strategic positioning and viability of the company.
• To increase the profile of the company through the development of a network of sponsors, stakeholders, and patrons.
• To ensure that all the identified target markets and stakeholders of the company are kept abreast of the developments and other activities at the restaurants.
• To expose the company to a broad, representative and sustainable client base at local, national and international levels.
• To ensure effective public relations and promote goodwill between the company and its entire target markets.
• To handle all press releases and the dissemination of information to the media.
• To ensure that all publications and brochures of the company meet high professional and quality standards according to the company visual identity guide.
• To handle all invitations and other related correspondence.
• To manage the advertising function in such a way that all advertisements are effective and reflect a positive image of the company.
• To develop and maintain an effective and comprehensive database
• To develop and manage effective direct marketing campaigns to identified target markets using either surface or electronic mailing means.
• Attends all events and promotions.
• To control the budget allocated for the marketing and promotional functions.
• To produce regular financial reports for the Creative Director.
• To effectively supervise the work of all subordinates.
• To handle all disciplinary matters and grievances of staff reporting to him/her.

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
