We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the company's growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, enhancing brand presence, generating leads, and supporting customer retention across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and vision.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, events, social media, etc.).
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Own and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
- Build relationships with media partners and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive PR communications and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in marketing roles with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing (as applicable).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
