Zusammenfassung
A leading technology company is seeking a Sales Manager for Security Systems in Dubai, responsible for driving sales growth within the GCC region. This role involves leading a sales team, developing competitive proposals for Mega projects, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 10 years of experience in a multinational corporation with a focus on the GCC market, and proven leadership skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MNC in the GCC market.
- 5 years in a senior role with team leading capabilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Aufgaben
- Forecast and develop an annual sales plan for Security systems.
- Lead sales team to grow security business in the GCC region.
- Evaluate and improve business processes.
