Key Responsibilities

• Execute M&A transactions, including preparing marketing materials, reviewing due diligence reports, conducting financial analysis, and coordinating processes.
• Develop and run financial and operating models for marketing and transactions.
• Collaborate with senior team members in a dynamic work environment.
• Assess the strategic and financial aspects of proposed transactions.
• Create economic models and analyze companies and assets financially.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, information memoranda, data rooms, and coordinate transaction processes.
• Support market research, client presentations, and document production.
• Participate in client meetings and calls.
• Contribute to team skill development and sector expertise.
• Maintain professionalism and act as a role model, coaching and motivating analysts.

Skills & Experience

• Strong academic background with investment banking, M&A advisory, or related experience.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple workstreams effectively.
• Proficient in financial modeling with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
